摘　　要：在创新农村金融服务方式、推进农村金融健康发展的探索之路上，省联社的改革走势备受关注。2016年，中央一号文件、“十三五”规划纲要明确提出“推进农村信用社改革，增强省联社服务功能”、“开展农村信用社省联社改革试点，With the progressive improvement in technique and the incessant modification of ideas of management and with 'big platform plus small bank'as its idea, the denotation of the integrated 'platform service'pattern of PJCRCC has been kept broadening out.
