摘　　要：在可持续发展的时代背景下,住宅工业化为建设长寿命和可持续的住宅提供了新的途径,本文通过典型案例的分析,对新型可持续住宅的探索和工业化的保障性住房两个方面进行了研究,并对我国住宅工业化的发展提出了建议。This paper will explore two aspects of the ongoing housing industrialization in China. First part will provide the assessment of the ongoing industrialization of residential development and its relationship to the sustainable development of the cities in China. The effects of the prolonged life of the newly built residencies will be analyzed using case study methodology. The second part will ook into the current situation of the aftbrdable housing and ts connection to the industrialization. We will conclude the paper with the recommendations for the future development of the China＇s housing industrialization
