摘　　要：本文在已有的成熟体系下提出了一种新的高层钢结构住宅体系—巨型钢框架高层钢结构住宅体系。本文以现有混凝土高层住宅项目为依据,建立了巨型钢框架高层钢结构住宅体系的标准模型。通过对巨型钢框架高层钢结构标准模型的整体分析和主次结构的单独分析比较,从而得到巨型钢框架高层住宅体系的计算简化原则,为进一步深入研究巨型钢框架结构提供分析基础。Under the existing mature systems, a new high- rise steel structure residential system is proposed. It is stee mega-frame of high-rise residential system. According to the existing high-rise concrete residential projects, this paper established the standard model of these steel mega-frame residential system .Through the analysis of the standard model of steel mega-ffame residential; primary structure and secondary structure, we can obtain the simplified calculation principles to the steel mega-frame of high-rise re system, study of and that provided a foundation for further the steel rnega-frame structure sidential in-depth
