通心络胶囊对急性冠脉综合征可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1和C反应蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察通心络胶囊对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1和C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法:80例随机分为常规治疗组和通心络治疗组,观察治疗前、治疗后第14天血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(s ICAM-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化。结果:两组s ICAM-1和CRP水平均较本组治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗后s ICAM-1和CRP水平通心络组均明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊能明显降低ACS血中s ICAM-1和CRP水平,从而起到保护血管内皮的作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and C-reactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ ACS ） .Method： 40 patients with ACS were randomly divided into two groups, the conventional therapy group and Tongxinluo group （ conventional therapy＋ Tongxinluo capsule ） . To observe the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （ sICAM-1 ） and C-reactive protein （ CRP ） before the treatment and the 14th day after the treatment. Result： After the treatment, the level of serum sICAM-1 and CRP were significantly decreased in both group （P〈0.05） .It was lower in Tongxinluo group than that in conventional therapy group significantly （P〈0.05） ,Conclusion： Tongxinluo Capsule could decrease the level of serum sICAM-1 and CRP in patients with ACS to play an important role in protecting blood vessel endothelium.
