和胃饮治疗反流性食管炎肝胃不和型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察和胃饮治疗反流性食管炎肝胃不和型的临床疗效。方法:70例随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊和多潘立酮治疗,观察组给予和胃饮治疗,治疗4周。结果:总有效率观察组94.3%,对照组77.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:和胃饮治疗反流性食管炎肝胃不和型有较好疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Harmonizing Stomach Decoction combined with western medicine on reflux esophagitis with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.Methods： Totally 70 cases were divided into observation group （ 35 cases ） and control group （ 35 cases ） .The control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsule and domperidone tablets, and the observation group was given Harmonizing Stomach Decoction additionally for four weeks.The, TCM syndrome score, clinical effect and endoscopic improvement were observed.Resuhs： The total effective rate of observation group was 94.3 %, control group was 77.1%, with significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Harmonizing Stomach Decoction combined with western medicine has obvious efficacy in treating reflux esophagitis with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.
