降脂通脉汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病合并高脂血症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较降脂通脉汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片与单独应用阿托伐他汀钙片对冠心病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。两组均给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,治疗组加用降脂通脉汤。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降脂通脉汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病合并高脂血症疗效优于单纯应用阿托伐他汀钙片。Objective ： To compare the therapeutic effect of Jiangzhi Tongmai Decoction combined with atorvastatin and individual use of atorvastatin calcium on coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipemia. Method ： 100 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control groups in random, 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given atorvastatin calcium and the treatment group were given Jiangzhi Tongmai Decoction additionally. Result： The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Jiangzhi Tongmai Decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium has better therapeutic effect on coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia than atorvastatin calcium.
