密集型温针斜刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察密集型温针斜刺对于腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:104例随机分为治疗组和对照组各52例,治疗组予以密集型温针斜刺,对照组予以传统针刺。结果:两组治疗后疼痛VAS评分以及局部温度与本组治疗前比较均有显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后两组VAS评分和局部温度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:密集型温针斜刺结合能明显改善腰腿痛症状。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of the intensive warming needles with oblique insertion on lumbar disc herniation （ LDH ） .Method： 104 cases with LDH were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 52 cases in the treatment group and 52 cases in the control group. The treatment group were treated with intensive warming needles with oblique insertion while the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture method. Result： After treatment, the pain VAS score and temperature of lumbar were significantly lower than that before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . There was statistical significance in the pain VAS score and temperature of lumbar between the two groups after the treatment （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The intensive warming needles with oblique insertion could significantly improve the symptoms of lumbocrural pain in LDH.
