摘 要:目的探讨高空环境对导尿管水囊的影响。方法在飞行高度6.5km,舱内压795hPa环境下,选择4种导尿管,分别注水10,15,20,25ml,观察水囊形状、水囊内有无气泡,测量水囊直径以及气泡大小。结果4种导尿管注水后水囊形状不同,但水囊直径变化差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),水囊内气泡直径在10mm内对水囊无影响(P〉0.05)。结论高空环境对导尿管水囊影响无统计学意义,可与地面标准统一。Objective To discuss the influences of high altitude on catheter water sac. Methods Under the oircumstance of flight height of 6.5 km and cabin pressure of 795 hPa, 4 kinds of catheters were selected and each was injected with water of 10, 15,20 and 25 ml. Shapes of water sacs, and whether there were bubbles in the water sac were observed. Diameter of the water sacs and size of the bubbles were measured. Results After water injection, the water sacs were of different shapes. But differences of water sac diameters were statistically meaningless(P 〉0.05). Water sacs, within which diameter of the bubbles were smaller than 10mm, were not influenced by the bubbles inside (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Influences of high altitude on catheter water sac is statistically meaningless, and ground standards are suitable for high altitude.
