中医护理方案在脑梗死急性期临床护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死急性期中医护理方案在临床应用中的实施效果。方法选择脑梗死急性期患者67例，所有患者的护理均严格按照中医护理方案进行实施并落实。负责实施中医护理方案的护士均接受院内统一的培训和考核。收集患者住院期间的主要症状、实施的主要辨证施护方法和中医护理技术，以及主要症状的改善情况。结果针对患者主要症状，辨证施护落实率为100％，10种主要中医护理技术得到应用，能较好地改善患者半身不遂、眩晕头痛、便秘、吞咽困难等症状。结论脑梗死急性期中医护理方案能积极推动中医辨证施护的临床开展，能有效发挥中医护理技术的优势，值得临床进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing on the acute stage of stroke （ cerebral infarction） in clinical application. Methods A total of 67 patients with acute cerebral infarction were in strict accordance with the implementation of nursing programs and TCM. The nurses who were responsible for the implementation of the nursing program of TCM were received hospital uniform training and assessment. We collected the main symptoms of patients during hospitalization, the implementation of the main syndrome nursing methods and TCM nursing technology, as well as the main symptoms of improvement. Results For patients＇ main symptoms （consciousness disorder and hemiplegia, dizziness and headache, high fever, sputum interest promotion, two fecal incontinence, constipation, sluggish speech and swallowing）, the dialectical nursing implementation rate was 100%; 10 kinds of TCM nursing technology applied, can effectively improved the patients＇ hemiplegia, dizziness, headache, constipation, swallowing difficulties and other symptoms. Conclusions Stroke （ cerebral infarction） of TCM nursing program in acute stage can promote the development of clinical TCM nursing, play an effective TCM nursing technology advantages, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
