摘　　要：目的 深入了解先天性白内障患儿母亲照护患儿期间的真实体验和内心需求,探索促进其身心健康的护理措施.方法 运用质性研究的方法 对8名先天性白内障患儿母亲进行深入访谈,现场录音和笔录,运用Claizzi分析方法 进行分析,提炼出主题.结果 先天性白内障患儿母亲照护体验可以归纳为4个主题：自责与后悔,心理负担过重,面临多重问题,社会支持和临床需求迫切.结论 了解先天性白内障患儿母亲照顾患儿的真实体验和内心感受可帮助护理人员提供个性化的护理措施,提高患儿母亲的生活质量,从而促进患儿的康复.Objective To probe into the mother′s real experience and inner demand of nursing children with congenital cataract, and to explore the nursing countermeasures to promote physical and mental health. Methods A deep interview had been conducted in 8 mothers of children with congenital cataract with living record and note, and all data was analyzed by Claizzi to distill the theme. Results The mother′s nursing experience of children with congenital cataract could summarize into 4 themes： self-accusation and regret, overweight psychological burden, confronting multiple issues, social support and active clinical demand. Conclusions The understanding of mother′s real experience and inner feeling of children with congenital cataract can help nursing staff to provide personalized nursing countermeasures and improve maternal quality of life, so as to promote child′s rehabilitation.
