低影响开发下的新区水绿生态规划方法与实践——以广西北部湾龙港新区总体规划为例

摘　　要：文章结合广西北部湾龙港新区总体规划的实践,提出低影响开发下的新区水绿生态规划四大目标—生态网络的修复空间、削减径流的海绵空间、雨水污水的净化空间和游憩教育的公共空间。以此为基础,进一步提出新区水绿生态规划方法,即构建区域生态安全格局,控制综合生态廊道、基质与斑块;完善水绿系统,划定汇水分区,优化各级雨洪廊道,布局湿地及人工湖等低影响开发设施;提出减少径流总量的规划控制措施。With the planning practice of Longgang new district in Beibu Gulf region, the article puts forward the four targets of new district water ecological planning： ecological restoration space, sponge space that cuts down water runoff, water purification space and recreational public space. Furthermore, the article presents some methods such as structuring regional pattern for ecological security; controlling ecological corridor, matrix and patch; optimizing rainwater-flood control system and developing wet land and artificial lake. etc.
