摘 要:随着物质性老化和功能性衰退,历史街区不可避免地面临着改造的问题。棚户区改造是政府重要的民生工程,也是城市更新的重要部分。研究通过分析棚户区改造与历史街区保护的关系,利用延缓接受算法进行量化分析,提出棚户区改造与历史街区保护双向选择的最优匹配模式,并以南昌绳金塔历史街区为例进行实证分析,为相关类型规划提供参考。China's Eco-low carbon town planning is lacking of the control and suitable technology or method to northwest region. The paper took Gannan as an example,analyzed characteristic of town and its carbon emission, referenced those research theories and methods from China and abroad, followed the "low-technology, low-input"principle, put forward the key methods of Eco-low carbon town building are urban spatial planning and design based on the climatic environment, and vemacular architecture based on green building material. Than, combined the planning practice and planning formulation system, the paper constructed the "goal-element- method"control system, proposed the formulation technology and method of Gannan Eco-low carbon town planning.
