摘 要:开放住区是改善城市形象、整合城市功能、提升城市活力的有力途径,然而,城市发展的理想和现实制约之间存在一定的矛盾,如何寻求平衡,保证合理的开放"度"尤为重要。立足中国城市住区的实际,从城市设计的视角进行分析,开放住区的本质在于实现城市空间的融合、城市资源的共享、城市交往的活力、城市发展的有序。在此基础上,通过体现居住空间相对独立性的空间融合、兼顾居民基本需求前提下的资源共享、保证日常生活秩序基础上的社会交往和适应城市动态发展变化下的实施过程,实现对住区开放"度"的合理把握。Opening residential district has a great effect on the improvement of urban image, reorganizing of urban functions, and promotion of urban vitality. However, there is a certain contradiction between the ideal and reality of urban development. Thus, ensuring a reasonable degree of openness is particularly important to keep a balance. Based on the actual situation of China and perspective of urban design, the essence of Opening residential district is to achieve the integration of urban space, sharing of urban resources, ensuring activity of urban communication and orderly state of urban development. According to this understanding, the reasonable degree of openness is reflected in the space integration under the premise of relative independent living area, resources sharing under the basic needs of residents, communication activities on the basis of daily life order and implementation process adapted to the dynamic change of urban development.
