开放住区视角下的义乌模式探讨

摘　　要：《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》的发布升温了"窄马路、密路网"的街区制的热议。这一对于社会治理、城市治理的探索所秉持的开放性理念对国内传统生活方式与理念的冲击,堪称互联网时代城市规划的启蒙运动。而在针对有着"国际小商品之都"之名的义乌的总体城市设计工作中,我们发现这种开放的理念在住区形态中已经自发地发展到一种"开放到楼"的空间极致。这种在当地叫作"四层半"的义乌住区模式所爆发出的城市活力以及所带来的种种问题,非常值得我们在开放住区的视角之下重新思考。本文试图从"四层半"街区的功能、形态、问题以及优化可能等方面,来剖析这种"特殊"开放街区形态的发展图景。The issue of The Opinions about Reinforcing the Management of Urban Planning and Construction raises the public discussion of ＂narrow streets, dense road network＂. The huge impact on our traditional lifestyle and notion from this new ideology of city and social governance begins the enlightenment of city planning in this internet era. In the study of overall urban design of Yiwu - ＂China International Commodity City＂, we find the spontaneous community form - ＂open to the building＂ demonstrate the notion of open community to the limit. in the view of open community, we need to rethink the urban vitality and problems brought by Yiwu mode of residential block, which has a local name ＂four and a half stories＂. In this paper, we are trying to interpret the vision of this special open community in functions, forms, difficulties and optimizing strategies.
