摘　　要：目的分析乌鲁木齐市2013年~2015年婚前医学检查结果,预防和减少出生缺陷,提高出生人口素质,探讨提高婚前医学服务质量的对策。方法对乌鲁木齐市2013年~2015年婚前医学检查结果进行分析、总结。结果 2013年婚检率为3.76%,疾病检出率为1.18%;2014年婚检率为6.27%,疾病检出率为0.80%;2015年婚检率为91.72%,疾病检出率为4.16%;2015年全市开展免费婚前医学检查,婚检率大幅度上升。疾病检出率由2013年的1.18%上升到2015年的4.16%,婚检人群的疾病检出率提高。结论在政府支持的前提下,充分利用健康教育,加大宣传力度,增强人们接受婚检的自觉性;免费婚检非常必要,切实可行。Objective： Analysis of pre-marital medical examination results in Urumqi from 2013-2015, the prevention and reduction of birth defects and improve the quality of births, ways of improving the service quality of pre-marital medical countermeasures. Methods： The results of pre-marital medical examination were analyzed and summarized in Urumqi from 2013-2015. Results： Pre-marital rate of 3.76 percent in 2013, the disease detection rate of 1.18%; pre-marital rate of 6.27 percent in 2014, the disease detection rate was 0.80%; pre-marital rate of 91.72 percent in 2015, the disease detection rate was 4.16%; free pre-marital medical examination in city, a significant increase in premarital rate. Disease detection rate of 1.18% in 2013 rose to 4.16 percent in 2015, the population of premarital disease detection rate. Conclusion： Under the premise of the governmenf s support, fully utilize health education, increase publicity efforts to enhance the acceptance of premarital consciousness; free premarital very necessary and feasible.
