抗核抗体及抗体谱表达与流产的相关性

摘　　要：目的了解流产人群中抗核抗体(ANA)和可提取核抗原(ENA)抗体谱的表达情况,探讨其与流产的相关性。方法采用间接免疫荧光法、免疫印迹法检测1734例流产妇女血清ANA、ENA抗体,以正常生育妇女203例为对照。结果流产组和对照组ANA阳性率为19.33%和7.39%,ENA抗体为17.99%和4.43%,两组ANA和ENA抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。流产组中检出10种ANA核型,检出率较高的是颗粒型(9.01%)、核颗粒型(2.24%)和胞浆型(2.17%),ENA抗体谱均有检出,主要为SS-A(8.07%)、Ro-52(6.52%)和n RNP/Sm(2.25%)。结论本地区流产患者ANA核型、ENA抗体多样,ANA、ENA抗体的表达与流产相关。Objective：To investigate whether the expression of antinuclear antibodies（ANA）and extractable nuclear antigens（ENA）antibody are associated with miscarriage. Methods：Indirect immunofluorescence and western blot are adopted to detect ANA and ENA antibodies in serum form 1734 patients with miscarriage and 203 women who have had children respectively. Results：Between miscarriage group and control group,serum ANA is positive in 19.33% and 7.39%,and ENA is 17.99% and 4.43% respectively,with statistical significance. There were 10 kinds of ANA karyotype detected in miscarriage group,followed by grain type（9.01%）,nuclear particle type（2.24%）and cytoplasm type（2.17%）;all kinds of ENA antibodies were identified,mainly for SS-A（8.07%）,Ro-52（6.52%）and n RNP/Sm（2.25%）. Conclusions：The expression of ANA and ENA antibodies,are diversity in patients with miscarriage in Nanning,which associated with miscarriage.
