摘　　要：对国内外社区老年人居家养老现状的相关文献进行归纳和分析，重点研究了我国社区居家老年人生活质量现状，及其年龄、健康、经济状况等六方面影响因素，并从日常生活护理、专科护理及个体化护理三方面综述了老年人的养老护理需求。研究发现，我国应大力发展社区老年服务，尤其是护理服务方面，以顺应健康老龄化与积极老龄化的社会发展需求。The paper discussed the current status of the community-based home care of the elderly, mainly studying on present situation of the community elderly quality of life and six aspects of influencing factors such as age, health, economy and so on. From the three aspects of daily life care, specialized care and individualized care, care needs of the elderly were reviewed. The results showed that our country should develop the community elderly services, in particular, nursing services, to meet the demand and development of healthy aging and the positive aging society.
