摘　　要：目的：将外在与内在科研能力结合编制护理人员科研能力评价量表并检验其信、效度,为客观评价护理人员科研能力提供可操作性的工具。方法在文献研究、专家访谈的基础上编制护理人员科研能力评价量表的初级条目池,采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行2轮咨询,根据专家建议、筛选标准进行条目筛选,形成护理人员科研能力评价量表,并采用该量表调查285名护理人员,检测该量表信、效度。结果形成的量表共包括论文与课题、科研奖励/成果、科研实践能力、专业与发现问题能力、沟通协作能力5个因子、35个条目,5个公因子累积方差贡献率（ CPV）为61.373%,基于条目水平的内容效度指数（CVI）为0.78-1.00；量表重测信度系数为0.950,量表Cronbach′s α系数为0.938。结论编制的护理人员科研能力评价量表从外在、内在科研能力两方面考量护理人员的科研能力,具有良好的信、效度,适用于护理人员科研能力的检测。Objective To develop a scale to assess nursing scientific research ability and to test its reliability and validity in order to provide an operative tool to assess nursing scientific research ability objectively. Methods The primary items pool of the scale was built after searching the literature and expert interviewing. Delphi method was used to select 18 experts for two-round interviewing. The final scale was developed according to experts′suggestions to screen the items from the primary terms. A total of 285 nurses were enrolled in this study to measure the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The established scale included 5 factors （ thesis and subject, scientific research award/achievement, research practice ability, ability of profession and problems finding ） and 35 items. The cumulative percent variance （ CPV ） of the 5 factors was 61. 373%. The content validity index（CVI） at the item level was 0. 78-1. 00. The test-retestreliability of the scale was 0. 950. The accumulated Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0. 938. Conclusions The nursing scientific research ability scale we developed has fine reliability and validity. The scale is appropriate to assess nurses′ scientific researching ability.
