行为干预联合心理护理对脑卒中患者的影响

摘　　要：目的研究行为干预联合心理护理对脑卒中患者康复的影响及护理效果。方法选取我院从2014年6月至2015年7月收治的脑卒中患者100例,采用随机数字表法将100例脑卒中患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例);对照组采取心理护理,观察组采取行为干预联合心理护理,观察对比两组患者的护理满意率、HAMA评分、HAMD评分以及FMA评分、ADL评分。结果观察对比两组患者的护理满意率,观察组100.00%,对照组91.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的FMA评分、ADL评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为干预联合心理护理对于脑卒中患者的生活能力以及运动功能具有一定的改善作用,且减轻了患者的负性情绪,使患者保持良好的心态接受治疗,提高满意度。Objective To study the effect of behavioral intervention combined with psychological nursing on rehabilitation of patients with post stroke anxiety. Methods From July June 2014 to July 2015,100 cases of patients with post stroke anxiety in our hospital were selected. According to the random number method,they were divided into the observation group（50 cases）and the control group（50 cases）. The control group were treated with psychological nursing care,the observation group were treated with act intervention combined with psychological nursing. Two groups＇ scores of HAMA,HAMD,FMA,ADL and nursing satisfaction rate were compared and analyzed. ResultsThe satisfaction rate of observation group（100.00%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（91.67%）（P0.05）;the FMA and ADL scores of observation group were respectively significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）;observation group＇s HAMA and HAMD score were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The behavior intervention combined with psychological nursing has better effect on improve satisfaction rate,negative emotion,living ability and motion function of the patients with post stroke anxiety.
