聚焦解决模式对前列腺炎患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式对前列腺炎患者精神状态及预后的影响。方法将我院2013年4月至2015年8月期间收诊的90例前列腺炎患者,随机分成两组:对照组和实验组,每组45例。对照组给予常规心理护理+对症药物治疗,实验组在此基础上以聚焦解决模式为依据,制订心理策略,进行心理护理,6月后观察两组在治疗前后的焦虑抑郁症状改善情况、日常生活能力及预后效果。结果干预前,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,以及改良巴氏指数评定量表(MBI)评分,组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。干预后,实验组SAS,SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),MBI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);相比于对照组的总有效率(73.33%),实验组总有效率(91.11%)明显更高(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式可以有效改善前列腺炎患者的精神状态,提高日常生活能力,更好地改善预后。Objective To investigate the effect of solution-focused approachon on the patients with prostatitis. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with prostatitis in our hospital from April 2013 to August 2015 were collected and divided into the observation and control groups randomly,45 cases for each group. The econtrol group was given routine nursing and symptomatic drug treatment;simultaneously,the observation group was given the solution-focused approach based on the treatment of the control group.. Compared the anxiety and depression improvement situation,ability of daily living and prognosis between two groups 6 months after intervention. Results Before intervention,there was no statistical difference of the self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）and self-rating depression scale（SDS）scores and Modified Barthel Index（MBI）scores between the two groups（P0.05）. After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of the observation group were significantly lower than control group（P0.05）,and MBI score was significantly higher than control group（P0.05）. Compared with the control group the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher（P0.05）. Conclusion The solution-focused approach intervention can be more effectively to improve the mental status of prostatitis patients as well as daily life ability,and better to improve the prognosis.
