优质护理合并心理护理对行血液透析尿毒症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理合并心理护理对行血液透析的尿毒症患者抑郁情绪和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2013年6月~2015年6月在我院血透室行血液透析的尿毒症患者66例,按随机数字表法随机平均分为两组：实验组与对照组。对照组予以常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上予以优质护理配合心理护理。1月后,比较两组患者的HAMD评分及患者对护理的满意度的差异。结果实施护理干预1个月后,两组患者HAMD评分较干预前评分均降低,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且实验组的HAMD评分（9.42±4.51）明显低于对照组（15.92±6.08）,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组患者对护理服务的满意度（100%）明显高于对照组（69.70%）,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在常规护理的基础上增加优质护理及心理护理,可以更有效地改善行血液透析的尿毒症患者的抑郁情绪,明显提高患者对护理的满意度,因此值得临床护理工作中推广和应用。Objective To discuss the effect of high quality nursing and psychological nursing on the depression mood and satisfaction with the nursing intervention of hemodialysis patients with uremia. Methods 66 cases of hemodialysis patients with uremia were selected from June 2013 to June 2015 in the hemodialysis room of our hospital. According to the method of random number table,all the patients were divided into two groups averagely ：the control group and the experimental group. The control group were given the routine nursing intervention;meanwhile,the experimental group were received the high quality nursing and the psychological nursing on the basis of conventional nursing care. 1 months later,the scores of HAMD and the percentages of satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After 1 months of nursing intervention,the scores of HAMD decreased compared with that before nursing intervention in both groups,and the differences had statistical significances（P0.05）. Also,the HAMD score of the experimental group（9.42±4.51）was significantly lower than that of the control group（15.92±6.08）,and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）;the percentage of satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group（100%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（69.69%）,and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing and psychological nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can be more effective than the routine one only on the depression mood and satisfaction with the nursing intervention of hemodialysis patients with uremia. Thus,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing work.
