摘　　要：目的探讨信息化管理在手术患者转运交接中的应用效果。方法以医院信息系统为基础数据开发手术患者转运交接管理系统,通过扫描患者腕带上的二维码实现手术患者转运交接,病区和手术室护士通过信息系统共享手术患者的相关信息。结果使用手术患者转运交接系统后手术转运交接异常情况(手术接台通知不到位、带入手术室用物遗失、转运交接异常)发生率低于使用系统前(P<0.001)。而且能实时准确采集患者围手术期的相关信息,便于进行信息管理。结论手术患者转运交接管理系统,保证手术患者安全,保证护理质量,在临床上值得推广。Objective To evaluate the application effects of information management in the transfer and handover of surgical patients in operating rooms. Methods A transfer and handover management system for surgical patients in operating rooms was developed on the basis of hospital information system. Patients＇ information was collected and verified through scanning during transfer and handover,and the information can be shared among nurses in surgical departments and operating rooms. Results The incidence of adverse events during transfer and handover of surgical patients decreased significantly（P〈0.001）. In addition,timely and exact collection of the relevant perioperative information of patients facilitated the information management. Conclusion The transfer and handover man- agement system for surgical patients guarantees patients＇ safety and nursing quality. It is worthy of being promoted.
