摘 要:目的了解护理实习生的临床沟通能力和自尊水平,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用护理专业学生临床沟通能力测评量表和罗森伯格自尊量表对60名护理实习生进行调查。结果护理实习生临床沟通能力总分为(77.40±6.43)分,自尊总分为(24.20±3.32)分,沟通能力总分及各维度与自尊水平呈正相关(r值为0.610~0.885)。结论护理实习生沟通能力中等,敏锐倾听和有效传递信息的能力有待加强,临床沟通能力与自尊水平有较强的相关性。Objective To investigate the level of clinical communication ability and serf-esteem of nursing stu- dents during clinical practice,and analyze the correlation between them. Methods Sixty nursing students during clinical practice were investigated with Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and the clinical communication ability of nursing students evaluation scale. Results The total score of clinical communication ability was 77.40±6.43 and the total score of serf-esteem was 24.20±3.32. The total score and factor scores of clinical communication ability were posi tively correlated with the total score of serf-esteem(r=-0.610-0.885). Conclusion The communication ability of nursing students during clinical practice is at moderate level. The ability of listening and effective information needs to be improved. There is a strong correlation between clinical communication ability and serf-esteem.
