摘  要:目的了解医院医护人员、复印病案的患者及家属对病案管理流程优化前后病案服务的满意状况,评价病案服务流程优化的效果,以期推动病案管理的规范化、标准化、科学化。方法采取调查问卷方法,开展对医院医护人员、复印病案的患者及家属问卷调查,使用Epidate5.0建立数据库录入数据,采用SPSS20.0软件进行统计分析。结果研究显示,医院病案服务获得院内外人员的一致认可;病案流程优化后,院外满意度在复印知晓、复印流程、服务态度、工作效率四维度分别为85.40%、88.96%、91.34%和86.76%,均高于流程优化前;而院内医务人员在病案归档、病案质控、查询借阅、数据调取、工作效率及服务态度等六维度的满意度分别为87.50%、86.15%、92.23%、88.51%、91.89%、89.19%,两次调查比较差异有统计学意义(均P?0.05)。结论医院病案流程优化后,病案服务获得较好评价,院内外满意度较前均有提高,表明流程优化效果明显。Objective To understand the satisfaction situation before and after the medical records management process optimization of medical service among hospital medical staff, patients copying the medical records as well as their families, evaluate the effect of medical service process optimization, thus to promote the medical record management normalization, standardization and scientization. Methods To adopt questionnaire survey method, conduct a questionnaire survey on patients copying the medical records as well as their families, use Epidate5.0 to establish a database for data entry, statistical analysis by SPSS20.0 software. Results The research showed that the hospital medical service won the unanimous endorsement of the people inside and outside of the hospital. After the medical record process optimization, the satisfaction rate of duplication, acknowledge, copying process, service attitude, work efficiency of four dimensions respectively 85.40%, 88.96%, 91.34% and 86.76%, which were higher than those before the process optimization. While the satisfaction rate of hospital medical staff in medical record filing and quality control of the medical record, query lending, data retrieval, work efficiency and service attitude of six dimensions of satisfaction were 87.50%, 86.15%and 92.23%and 88.51%, 91.89%, 38.4%. The difference between the two surveys was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions After the hospital medical records process optimization, the medical records service received a better evaluation, the satisfaction rate in and out of the hospital were all improved, which showed obvious optimization effect.
