摘  要:目的通过分析某院四年内病案的复印情况,探讨多系统整合后的《病案管理系统》对病案复印工作效率的影响。方法调取某院四年内病案的复印情况及患者满意度调查,采用Excel计算分析。结果信息化整合后的《病案管理系统》实施后,病案复印量较信息化整合前(2012年)增长86%,病案复印等候时间由15 min缩短至5 min,等候时间明显缩短;服务满意度由78%上升至98%。结论新《病案管理系统》功能整合和流程方案设计,摆脱了传统复印工作模式,数字病案无纸化复印模式的创新与持续改进,既方便了复印者,同时降低了工作强度,有效的提高了服务效率和服务质量,对服务满意度的提升起到至关重要的作用。Objectives Through the multiple system integration, the new"medical record management system"added new function and realized electronization of medical record information.Under the new system,the duplication process was optimized, which improved the efficiency of the medical record duplication window,and also enhanced the satisfaction. Methods The duplication situation of medical records for 4 years in a hospital were selected and made analysis with the application of Excel software. Results The discharge number was 31824 in 2012, while 38119 in 2015 of the hospital, which increased 6295 compared to 2012, the copy number of pages increased 78817 pages. And also, the discharge number, duplication number and duplication pages were all increasing year by year. Conclusions The function transformation and process plan design of the new"medical record management system"got rid of the traditional copying mode. The innovation mode of paperless duplication and continuous improvement of digital medical records duplication not only brought convenience to patients, and also reduced the work strength, improved the service efficiency and service quality, which played an important role in the improvement of service satisfaction.
