某院7种门诊预约挂号方式效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析医院预约挂号的情况,比较7种预约挂号模式应用的效果。方法收集某院2015年8月-2016年2月工商银行网上银行预约、中国移动智慧医疗预约、中国电信健康云预约、"小事儿"APP预约、微信公众平台预约、支付宝服务窗预约、方达掌上医院预约7种预约挂号方式的预约数据情况,对数据进行比较分析。结果 7种预约挂号模式预约人数呈增长趋势,其中移动智慧医疗预约人数最多(70156人次),但同时爽约人次也最多(7个月共145人次)。结论移动智慧医疗预约人数最多并远超过其他几种预约挂号模式。应结合本地患者的就医习惯,以优势预约模式为主,大力发展其他预约模式,通过各种途径加强预约挂号宣传,完善预约挂号系统,充分发挥预约挂号潜力,更好地为广大患者服务。Objective To compare the effect of seven kinds of appointment registration mode by analyzing the situation of hospital appointment registration. Methods To collect data of seven appointment registration mode in hospital from the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China online banking, China Mobile medical appointments, China Telecom health wisdom cloud appointment,little thing APP booking,reservation,Alipay Wechat public platform service window booking,palm Fonda hospital appointment from August 2015 to February 2016, and conduct a comparative analysis on the data. Results The appointment number of seven registration model reservation number showed a rising trend,which mobile wisdom medical reservation number most （70156 person time）, but at the same time the miss rate was also the highest（seven months a total of 145 people）. Conclusions The appointment number of mobile wisdom medical appointment was obviously more than other appointment registration mode. We should give priority to the advantage reservation mode combined with local health habits, and also develop other reservation modes vigorously. Through a variety of ways to strengthen appointment registration publicity, we should improve the appointment system,give full play to the appointment potential and provide better services for the majority of patients.
