摘　　要：随着RFID技术得到广泛发展,探讨将RFID技术应用于病案全过程示踪管理工作中的可能性。从RFID技术的构成及定位精准等优点进行分析,重点描述了将RFID技术应用于病案回收、编目、质控、反馈、借阅等流程中的工作内容,总结出基于RFID技术的病案全过程示踪管理具备存储量大、读取速度快,安全性高,病案示踪精确等优点,达到节省人力资源,提高工作积极性,实现病案精细化管理的目的。虽然RFID技术在现实运用中还存在待解决的问题,但是未来RFID技术终将成为病案管理模式中的主要内容,促进病案管理走向智能化、科学化。With the development of RFID technology, this paper discussed the possibilities of the RFID technology used in the whole process tracing of medical records. From the analysis of the composition and exact orientation of RFID technology, this paper focused on the dynamic context that the application of Radio Frequency Identification Technology in the medical record recovery, cataloging, quality control, feedback, and other lending processes. RFID technology had large storage capacity, fast read speed, safety, tracing medical exactly and so on in order to save human resources, enthusiasm for work, and achieved the purpose of medical record fine management. Although RFID technology had many problems to be solved in real use, but in the future, RFID technology would eventually become the main content in the medical record management mode, and promoted the management more intelligent and scientific.
