ICD-10临床版眼科疾病诊断名称变化分析

摘　　要：目的通过对ICD-10北京临床版眼科疾病诊断名称历次整版升级版本的变化情况进行分析,明确规范疾病ICD诊断名称的意义。方法提取ICD-10临床版3.0版本到6.0版本全部眼科疾病诊断名称(H00-H59)共按照增加、修改、停用归类分析。使用EXCEL表进行数据处理,统计学方法使用描述性统计。结果 4.0版本比较3.0版本增加及停用眼科疾病诊断5条、修改疾病诊断名称及编码17条;5.0版本比较4.0版本增加及停用22条、修改疾病诊断名称及编码80条;6.0版本比较5.0版本增加及停用12条、修改疾病诊断名称及编码140条。按各版本专业名称分析,以屈光专业、角膜专业及眼底专业变化明显。结论掌握眼科疾病ICD分类要点,提高编码质量和数据提取的准确率,同时为DRGs分组提供规范、准确和统一的疾病诊断标准。Objectives Through analyzing the variation situation of the previous update versions of diagnosis names in Beijing Clinical Ophthalmic Diseases in ICD-10, to explicit and standardize the significance of disease names in ICD. Methods To select all the diagnosis names of ophthalmic diseases in ICD from 3.0 version to 6.0 version, make classification analysis according to increasing, modification and out of service, settle the data with EXCEL table and make descriptive analysis with statistical methods. Results Compared with 3.0 version, the 4.0 version increased and stopped 5 items of diagnosis names,modified 17 items of diseases names and coding. Compared with 4.0 version, the 5.0 version increased and stopped 22 items of diagnosis names, modified 80 items of diseases names and coding. Compared with 5.0 version, the 6.0 version increased and stopped 12 items of diagnosis names,modified 140 items of diseases names and coding. According to the names analysis of each majority, the changes were obvious in specialty of refraction, cornea and fundus. Conclusions We should master the main points of ICD diagnosis of ophthalmic diseases, improve coding quality and the accuracy of data selection, and also provide a standard, accurate and united diseases diagnosis criteria.
