床位利用指数分布图在评价床位工作效率中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析医院床位的使用效率,为医院各科室床位的合理调整提供科学依据。方法采用床位利用指数分布图,通过excel软件对各临床科室床位工作效率进行分析评价。结果 "床位效率型科室"有13个科室,占临床科室的43.33%;"床位周转型科室"有7个科室,占临床科室的23.33%;"床位压床型科室"有2个科室,占临床科室的6.67%;"床位闲置型科室"有8个科室,占临床科室的26.67%。结论床位利用指数分布图综合利用了床位使用率和床位周转次数2个指标,能全面、科学地反映床位工作效率,有助于管理者作出决策。Objective To analyze the utilization efficiency of sickbeds in hospital, and provide scientific evidence for the reasonable regulation of sickbeds in the departments of hospitals. Methods To conduct analysis and evaluation on the sickbed work efficiency by excel software with the application of sickbed utilization index distribution picture. Results There were 13 departments were called ＂Sickbed Work Efficiency Departments＂, which accounted for 43.33%; 7 departments were called ＂Sickbed Turnover Departments＂, which accounted for 23.33%;2 departments were called＂Sickbed Stay Departments＂, which accounted for 6.67%;and 8 departments were called ＂Sickbed Empty Departments＂, which accounted for 26.67%. Conclusions The sickbed utilization index distribution picture applied the two indexes of sickbed utilization rate and sickbed turnover rate comprehensively, which could reflect the work efficiency of sickbeds scientifically, and beneficial for the decision making of the managers of the hospital.
