摘　　要：目的通过对某肿瘤专科医院2014年胃癌病例术前住院日的分析,为进一步缩短胃癌乃至全院手术病例的术前住院日提供参考。方法对该院2014年胃癌手术病例的术前住院日、住院日、住院费用等信息进行回顾性分析。结果术前住院日>5天组和≤5天组胃癌病例的住院日和住院费用分别为22.66天、16.04天和99598.79元、90 798.38元,术前住院日的延长增加了患者的住院日和住院费用;科室管理、手术难度和术前会诊等因素会影响胃癌病例的术前住院日。结论该院可通过提高全院医务人员缩短术前住院日的意识、将术前平均住院日纳入医院绩效考核体系、推进临床路径等措施,在保证医疗质量和安全的前提下,进一步缩短术前住院日。Objectives To provide reference for shortening preoperative hospitalization days of gastric cancer patients and even the whole operation cases through the analysis on the preoperative hospitalization days of gastric cancer cases of a tumor hospital in 2014. Methods To conduct a retrospectively analysis on the information included preoperative hospitalization days, hospitalization days and cost of gastric cancer surgery cases in 2014. Results The days and cost of hospitalization of gastric cancer cases of preoperative more than 5 days and cases less than 5 days were 22.66, 16.04 and 99598.79, 90798.38 respectively. The extension of preoperative hospitalization days increased the days and cost of hospitalization. Factors such as management of department, operation difficulty and preoperative consultation affected the preoperative hospitalization days. Conclusions The hospital could further shorten the preoperative hospitalization days by measures such as promoting awareness of the medical personnel of shortening preoperative hospitalization days, including preoperative hospitalization days in hospital performance system, and promoting the clinical pathways under the condition of guarantee the quality of medical treatment and safety.
