某院2014年出院患者疾病构成及帕累托图分析

摘　　要：目的对某院2014年出院患者的疾病构成进行帕累托图分析,了解出院患者疾病构成情况,为医院管理提供参考依据。方法采用计算机提取2014年出院患者的病案首页信息,以国际疾病分类ICD-10编码为基础,采用帕累托图分析疾病的构成情况。结果分析某院2014年出院的122 649例患者病案首页信息,分析疾病构成情况,帕累托图分析结果显示:主要病种有肿瘤,影响健康状态和与保健机构接触的因素,循环系统疾病,妊娠、分娩和产褥期,消化系统疾病,损伤与中毒,泌尿生殖系统和肌肉骨骼系统。结论根据住院患者的疾病构成和帕累托图分析结果,探讨医院重点监控的疾病,优化医疗资源的配置提供参考。Objectives To conduct a Pareto chart analysis on the disease composition of discharged patients in 2014 of a hospital, and understand the composition of hospital patients’diseases, and provide a reference basis for hospital management. Methods To collect the information of home pages in the front pages of medical records in 2014 with the help of computers, analyze the composition of the diseases using the Pareto chart on the basis of the international classification of ICD-10. Results After the analysis of 122649 cases discharged patients information in 2014, it was concluded that the spectrum of the disease analysis on composition. Pareto chart analysis results showed that： major diseases were tumors, the factors influencing health status and contact with the health care organization, circulatory system disease, pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium, digestive system, injury and poisoning, urogenital system and musculoskeletal system. Conclusions According to the spectrum of the illness of hospitalized patients and the result of Pareto chart analysis, we discussed the key diseases should be monitored in the hospital, and provide the reference to optimize the allocation of medical resources.
