摘　　要：研究了以正辛酸为原料氨化合成正辛腈的工艺条件,考察了温度、压力及催化剂种类和用量对正辛腈合成的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量为3%的磺酸盐,反应温度为270℃,反应压力为0.5MPa。The paper studies over technological condition in relation with synthesizing octyl nitrile based on ammoniated octanoic acid and the effect of temperature, pressure as well as the types and dosages of catalyst on synthesizing octyle nitrile.The results show that the optimum reaction condition is as follows： 3% sulfosalt, reaction temperature is 270℃, reaction pressure is 0.5MPa.
