弱精子症患者精子中SEPT7基因表达情况研究

摘　　要：目的:研究人隔蛋白7(SEPT7)基因表达与弱精子症的相关性。方法:留取2013年4月至2014年12月我院门诊就诊的弱精子症40例患者的精液标本,分析SEPT7基因表达与弱精子症的相关性。结果:患者的正常精子的浓度及p H与弱精子无关,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),患者正常精子的平均光密度值高于弱精子,在前向运动精子率上,正常精子高于弱精子,而且正常精子与弱精子在SEPT7 mRNA基因表达上具有显著差异,正常精子与弱精子比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在弱精子中患者的精液中,SEPT7基因及其蛋白产物表达具有相关性,通过检测判断基因表达是否正常,为诊断和治疗提供科学依据。Objectives： To study the correlation of SEPT7 gene expression and asthenospermia. Methods：The asthenospermia semen samples of 40 asthenospermia patients diagnosed in our hospital from April 2013 to December 2014 were collected and the correlation of SEPT7 gene expression and asthenospermia was analyzed.Results： Patients with normal sperm concentration and sperm PH was irrelevant with asthenospermia,without statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. The mean optical density value was higher than in patients with normal sperm. In terms of the forward movement of sperm rate,normal sperm was higher than weak sperm,and normal sperm and sperm weak had significant differences in gene expression of SEPT7 mRNA,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： In the semen of patients,the gene SEPT7 is associated with the expression of its protein products,and to determine whether its normal gene expression provides a scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment.
