中药红花浸液辅助腹腔镜下手术治疗子宫内膜异位症对于生育指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药红花浸液辅助腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症对生育功能的影响。方法:连续选择2013年1月至2014年1月来我院诊断为EMT患者共90例,取得我院伦理委员会通过和患者及家属的知情同意权后,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组行中药红花浸液+腹腔镜手术,对照组行开腹手术,对比两组法人临床疗效差异性。结果:观察组的住院以及疼痛持续时间均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清CA-125和LIF蛋白表达水平均降低,且观察组降低的更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组随访约6个月后,观察组患者的总有效率和妊娠率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药红花浸液辅助腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效显著,优于常规手术疗法。Objectives： To study effect of Safflower extraction assisted laparoscopic operation for endometri- osis on fertility index. Methods： A total of 90 consecutives diagnosed as endometriosis from January 2013 to Januar- y 2014 were divided randomly into experiment and control groups, each of 45 cases. The patients in experiment group received Safflower extraction assisted laparoscopic operation, while patients in control group received common laparotomy. Effect of the two groups was compared. Results： The in - hospital and pain persisting time in experi- ment group was all significantly less than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression levels of CA125 and LIF protein after treatment in both groups were lower, more significant in experiment group than control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total efficacy rate and pregnancy rate in experiment group were significantly less in follow - up （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.
