摘　　要：我国将大数据作为国家战略以来,政务大数据的发展和应用已取得初步成果。但如何评价业已实施的政府数据活动,通过客观分析推动政务大数据建设走向深入还处于起步阶段。本文提出了一种政务大数据成熟度模型,在对模型的体系架构进行分析的基础上,使用层次分析模型构建评价指标体系,帮助大数据战略制定者从政府层面评估政务大数据建设的成熟度水平,促进政务大数据建设。Since the big data become a national strategy, how to evaluate government data on the activities of implementation, and through the objective analysis to the deepening of promote the construction of the big data is still in its infancy. This paper discusses the big data maturity model, on the basis of architecture model to construct evaluation index system. The use of hierarchical analysis model helps government strategy makers assess e-government maturity level of the construction of the big data, and promotes the development of the big data.
