摘　　要：基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)是一类Zn2+依赖的能降解细胞外基质(ECM)的酶家族,基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)属于MMP家族中的胶原酶类,其不但可以降解胶原纤维,而且通过促进血小板聚集参与了急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的形成与发展,通过了解MMP-1在急性冠状动脉综合征中的作用,可为ACS的防治提供新策略。Matrix metalloproteinase（ MMP） is a endopeptidase family of Zn^2＋ -dependent which can degrade extracellular matrix（ ECM）. Matrix metalloproteinase-1,as a collagenase of MMPs family,can not only promot the degradation of collagen,but also stimulate the aggregation of platelets. It participates in the formation and development of acute coronary syndrome（ ACS）.Understanding the role of MMP-1 played in acute coronary syndrome will help provide a new strategy for prevention and cure of acute coronary syndrome.
