摘  要:基于逆向工程技术的数字化建模方法,通过精细化扫描和数字图像技术对研究对象进行逆向建模,拓取粗糙裂隙表面空间形态,分析粗糙裂隙面三维坐标数据,建立粗糙裂隙试件三维空间模型,实现整个过程的全数字化处理及实体—三维数据—三维模型的转换过程。基于裂隙细观结构渗流过程,对获得的三维裂隙进行渗流数值模拟,开展三维裂隙渗流特性分析,研究粗糙度、开度等因素对于三维粗糙裂隙的渗流特性影响。研究结果显示:在相同开度条件下,裂隙粗糙程度越大,裂隙内平均流速越低,出口处平均流速及渗流量越小;当其它工况条件相同时,渗流的方向对于渗透特性有一定影响。Through digital modeling method based on reverse engineering technology,the research object is modeled by the fine scanning and digital image technology,the space form of rough fracture surface is obtained,the 3D coordinate data of rough fracture surface is analyzed,a three dimensional space model of rough fracture specimen is established,the whole process of the full digital processing and entity-3D data-3D model of the conversion is realized. Based on the seepage process of the micro structure of the crack,the numerical simulation of the 3D fracture is carried out,the characteristics of 3D fracture seepage is analyzed,and the impacts of roughness,opening and other factors on the seepage characteristics of threedimensional rough fracture are investigated. The results show that under the same fracture aperture condition,the roughness of fracture is greater,the flow rate in the fracture and outlet average velocity is lower,and the seepage is also smaller correspondingly. The flow direction has a certain influence on the permeability under the same working conditions.
