摘　　要：为了适应新时期扶贫开发工作在针对性和有效性方面提出的高要求,引导各类资源的合理利用,本平台运用Arc GIS Engine的空间分析及专题图制作等功能接口,实现了贫困现状分析、贫困监测和识别、扶贫成效、专题图发布等扶贫开发核心业务,并选择内蒙古自治区对平台进行测试应用。实践证明,该系统为扶贫开发核心业务提供了一体化的信息平台,为扶贫开发工作的辅助决策和资源的科学规划提供了技术保障。In order to adapt to the demands of poverty alleviation and development work in terms of pertinence and effectiveness at present,and guide the rational use of various resources,this platform realizes poverty status quo analysis,poverty monitoring,poverty identification,effectiveness,thematic map publishing and other business for poverty alleviation by using spatial analysis and thematic map making and other functional interfaces of ArcGIS Engine. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is chosen to test the application of this platform. The results show that it can provide an integrated information platform,help decision making and scientific planning of resources for poverty alleviation and development work.
