摘　　要：针对目前棉籽利用率低、脱毒效果差、资源浪费严重,结合我国优质蛋白饲料严重不足的现状,文章主要介绍了棉籽(粕)中对畜禽有害的棉酚和黄曲霉毒素的特点及对不同动物的饲喂限量;分析了棉籽膨化脱毒技术的工艺特点和脱毒效果;结合国内外对棉籽(粕)膨化脱毒的试验基础,以及膨化工艺设备的研究进展,认为通过选择合适的设备和工艺参数,我国现行膨化技术完全可以用于棉籽(粕)膨化脱毒,为开发饲料资源、有效降低饲料生产成本,促进我国畜牧业的发展以及农业增收,都具有重要意义。In view of the present situation of cottonseed meal‘s low utilization efficiency, poor detoxifi-cation and waste of resources,combining with the present situation of serious shortage of high qualityprotein feed, this paper mainly introduces the characteristics of gossypol and aflatoxin on livestock andpoultry harmful in cottonseed meal and feeding limits for different animals. And this paper also analy-ses the technology characteristics and the detoxification effect of the cottonseed extrusion. Based onthe experimental research of the domestic and international expansion of cottonseed（meal） and the re-search progress of the extrusion technology, we think that the current expansion technology in Chinacan be used for the expansion of cottonseed by choosing appropriate equipment and technological pa-rameters. It has important significance for developing feed resources, reducing the cost of feed produc-tion, promoting the development of animal husbandry in China and agricultural income increase.
