摘　　要：目的分析江西某部冬、秋季新兵集训伤病谱特点，为集训期防病工作提供参考。方法采用国际ICD-10标准对所有伤病进行分类与命名。用IBMSPSS21．0软件进行数据分析。结果冬、秋训前5顺位的系统疾病从高到低均依次为呼吸系统疾病、军事训练性损伤、消化系统疾病、皮肤和皮下组织疾病和某些传染痫寄生虫病，分别累计占全部伤病的94．84％和91．88％，其中第1顺位的呼吸系统疾病，分别占56．51％和40．93％，秋训各系统疾病昼夜发病率均高于冬训。结论和冬训相同，做好呼吸系统疾病预防，强调训练中下肢防护，宣传和普及皮肤病健康知识，提高水痘鉴别能力，可有效降低秋季新兵集训期各类伤病的发生。根据集训期的气候变化，灵活调整训练计划和卫生工作方向，对卫生防病有积极意义。Objective To analyze the characteristics of injuries and diseases in new recruits during autumn and winter trainings in Jiangsu Province, in order to take measures for prevention of the diseases. Methods All injuries and diseases were classified and named according to ICD-10 codes. Data were analyzed by IBMSPSS 21.0. Results The top five diseases during training were respiratory disease, military training injuries, digestive disease, diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue and infectious disease, accounting for 94.84% in winter and 91.88% in autumn. The incidence of respiratory disease was 56.51% in winter and 40.93% in autumn. The day and night incidence of the injuries and diseases were higher in autumn than that in winter. Conclusions The following measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of injuries and diseases in both au｜umn and winter, such as preventing respiratory diseases, protecting the lower extremities during training, enhancing education of skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases and improving the ability to indentify ehickenpox. It is necessary to flexibly adjust training plan and medical services according to the weather during training.
