摘 要:装备修复率是装备维修保障系统效能评估的重要指标,对特定想定下的装备修复率进行准确预计是实施装备维修保障准备的基础和关键。针对我军目前缺乏行之有效的装备修复率预计方法,提出了基于仿真的装备修复率预计方法。对装备修复率仿真框架进行了设计,详细阐述了装备修复率仿真建模方法,包括组织机构模型、修理任务模型、修理过程模型、维修资源模型和基础数据模型。运用开发的修复率仿真软件系统进行了实例分析,仿真结果表明文中提出的装备修复率预计方法是可行而有效的。Equip effectiveness, and ment repair rate is an important evaluation index of maintenance support system predicting equipment repair rate is the basis and key issue of preparing equipment maintenance support. In order to solve the problem of the equipment repair rate prediction, a simulation based predicting method is proposed. A framework of equipment repair rate prediction based on simulation methodsis presented. The method of modelingequipment repair rate prediction is detailedly described ,including maintenance organization modeling, repair task modeling, repair process modeling, maintenance resources modeling and repair basic data modeling. A simulation system is developed to validate the model,and a case study is carried out. The simulation results show that the proposed method of equipment repair rate prediction is feasible and effective
