摘  要:目的构建大型综合医院较为科学、合理的科研绩效评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法获得大型综合医院科研绩效评价的指标体系,运用层次分析法对各级指标进行权重的确定。结果建立了大型综合医院科研绩效评价指标体系,其中,一级指标2个,二级指标12个,三级指标40个。结论构建的医院科研评价指标体系具有科学性、可操作性,可以作为评估医院科研绩效的工具。Objective To establish a scientific and reasonable research performance evaluation system for large scale comprehensive hospitals. Method Delphi Method was used to get the research performance evaluation system for large scale comprehensive hospitals, and Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to determine the weight of indicators. Result The scientific evaluation index system was built, including 2 first level indicators, 12 second level indicators and 40 third level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation system is scientific and practicable, which can be used for assessing the scientific research performance of large scale comprehensive hospitals.
