摘  要:以某型号立式加工中心主轴箱为研究对象,应用ANSYS Workbench软件对其在典型工况下进行静力学分析与模态分析。根据主轴箱静动态特性分析结果可知,其材料并未得到充分利用,且低阶固有频率还有待提高,需要对其结构进行优化设计。利用ANSYS Workbench中拓扑优化模块对主轴箱结构展开优化分析,结合主轴箱静动态分析结果提出其结构中存在冗余质量的部位,针对实际情况,对主轴箱结构进行合理的改进。改进前后的分析结果对比表明:改进后主轴箱质量减少4.39%,其动静态特性有所提高。Taking a certain type of vertical machining center spindle box as the research object,which using ANSYS Workbench Software to make static analysis and modal analysis in typical working conditions. The result of analysis that static and dynamic characteristic of the spindle box shows,which material has not been fully utilized and loworder natural frequency still needs to be improved,and it is necessary to optimize the structure of the spindle box. Therefore the structure of the spindle box is optimized by the topological optimization module in ANSYS Workbench. Combined with the results of static and dynamic analysis of the spindle box,and coming up with parts that exists redundant mass in structure. In viewof the actual situation,the structure of the spindle box is improved. Comparison of the results before and after optimization,it is indicated from the analysis that the weight of optimized spindle box is decreased by 4. 39%,which the dynamic and static characteristics are improved.
