摘  要:针对熔融沉积成型的3D打印零件由于打印材料状态波动而产生的尺寸误差,以螺纹连接件作为实验实例,对不同打印部位由打印材料热胀冷缩而产生的尺寸变动进行了分析。通过实验数据对比分析,提出了提高3D打印精度的改进措施,并对熔融沉积成型3D打印机使用过程中的部分技术问题进行了描述和分析,提出了相应的技术应用建议。Taking the dimension error of the fused deposition molding of 3D printing parts,which is caused by the state of fluctuation of the print material,as the research's object,this paper takes the threaded connecting joints as the experimental instances,and analyzes the parametric modifications of the different printing positions which are caused by the heat bilges cold shrink of the printing materials. According to the comparison and analysis on the experimental data,the improvement of the accuracy of the 3D printing is put forward. Besides,some of the technical problems in the using of the fused deposition molding of 3D printing machine are described and analyzed. And the corresponding technical application advice is raised as well.
