摘　　要：网络是信息、知识与智慧的集合体,数据无处不在,信息无处不在,网络正逐步成为人类获取信息与服务的重要渠道。对网络资源进行有序保存和组织,开展具有规模性的网络信息采集与保存实践,在当前大数据环境下对促进国家战略实施、推动经济文化发展都将起到重要的智力支持作用。网络信息作为数字化资源的类型之一,对其采选范围、采选频率以及采集方式等策略进行规范是图书馆顺利开展保存保护工作的基础。Web is the aggregation of information, knowledge and intelligence. Data is ubiquitous, as well as information. Gradually, Web is becoming an important channel for people to obtain the information ant services. In the big data environment, to promote the national strategy implementation and the developmen of social economy and culture, storing and organizing the Web resources orderly and carrying out a large - scale practice of the Web information collection and preservation will be an important intellectual support. As one type of digital resources, the collecting strategy of the Web information, which includes collecting range, collecting frequency and collecting approach, etc, is the base for libraries to carry out the preservation work.
