糖尿病合并肛周脓肿95例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者的临床特点及治疗措施，对95例糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，患者在接受手术治疗的基础上，联合抗感染与降糖治疗。结果显示，糖尿病合并肛周脓肿疾病患者经过临床治疗后，手术成功率97．9％。结果表明，对糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者采取及时有效的措施，清除坏死病灶，控制患者血糖及抗感染有很好的治疗效果。In order to explore the clinical characteristics and the treatment measures of perianal abscess complicated with diabetes, authors retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 95 cases with this concurrent disease who had received surgical treatment combined with anti-infection and lower-glucose medication.As results,in the 95 cases after clinical treatment the successful rate of operation was up to 97.9%.Results show that for the concurrent disease,adopting timely effection measures to clear necrosis lesion,to control patient＇s blood glucose level,and to take anti-infection treatment can achive excellent therapeutic effect.
