摘  要:目的通过设计适合血细胞分析流水线的质控方案,对Sysmex-XN全自动血细胞分析流水线进行实时质控监测。方法使用高、低2个水平Sysmex新鲜全血质控品对每台血细胞分析流水线进行检测,1次/d;使用仪器软件自带的浮动均值法对平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度进行实时监测;使用第三方中水平质控品每天11时和14时各做1次,进行批内质控。结果 Sysmex室内质控、浮动均值法和第三方中水平质控在控时,流水线各台仪器血细胞计数结果可靠。结论 Sysmex室内质控、浮动均值法和第三方中水平质控的联合应用可实时对流水线性能进行观察,提高了流水线血细胞计数结果的可靠性。Objective To establish an appropriate quality control system on the Sysmex- XN series automatic hematology analyzer to monitor real- timely. Method Using low and high levels of fresh blood controls offered by Sysmex to detect every unit of Sysmex- XN everyday; the moving average method with the variation was used to real- timely monitor the mean corpuscular volume( MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin( MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration( MCHC); quality control of middle level offered by the third party was chosen to detect the every unit at 11: 00 and 14: 00. Results The sample data was reliable when the Sysmex blood controls,the Beckman blood control and the moving average method were under control. Conclusion Quality control from Sysmex,quality control from Beckman combined with the moving average method can monitor the XN series real- timely and improve the reliability of the results of XN series.
