175例肺外结核患者对一线抗结核药物耐药情况分析

摘　　要：分析经细菌学确诊的175例肺外结核患者对一线抗结核药物的耐药状况，并与同期323例肺结核患者的耐药情况进行比较。分析两者的耐药率及耐药顺位差异，旨在了解不同部位结核的耐药情况有无差别。结果显示，肺外结核与肺结核的耐药情况并无差别，可根据肺结核的耐药情况推测当地的肺外结核耐药情况。希望能为耐药肺外结核的治疗提供一些帮助。To analyzed drug resistance of first-line ant^tuberculosis （TB） drug in 175 cases of extra pulmonary TB diagnosed based on bacteriology, and compared with that of 323 pulmonary TB patients diagnosed in the same period. Differences of resistance rate and resistance line were analyzed to explore if drug resistance is not the same in TB of different parts. It was found that there was no significant difference between pulmonary and extra-pulmonary TB cases. Drug resistances were similar in both pulmonary and extra-pulmonary TB, which is help to presuming drug resistance situation in extra-pulmonary TB according to that of pulmonary TB and then may conducive to the treatment of extra pulmonary TB with drug resistance.
