摘 要:笔者采用描述性统计和扩展线性支出系统(Extend Linear Expenditure System,ELES)模型,对河北省城镇居民蛋品的消费情况进行系统分析,总结河北省城镇居民蛋品消费的特点,估计ELES模型的参数,并计算了以蛋品为主体的4类代表性食品的消费弹性系数。结果表明:河北省城镇居民人均蛋品消费在全国处于较高水平,但城镇低收入人群的消费明显不足;河北省城镇居民对蛋品的边际消费倾向在蛋品、粮食、奶及奶制品和蔬菜4类食品中最低;蛋品、粮食、奶及奶制品和蔬菜4类食品之间是互补品关系。This author uses the descriptive statistics method and the extended linear expenditure system model (ELES) model to analyze the consumption of egg products urban residents in Hebei province, and sums up the consumption characteristics of egg products of urban residents in Hebei province. The author estimates the parameters of ELES model, and calculates the consumption'elasticity coefficients of 4 categories of food taking egg products as the main representative. The results show that It is found out that per capita consumption of egg products of urban residents in Hebei province is at a higher level in the whole country, but the consumption of urban low - income people is obviously insufficient; the marginal consumption propensity of egg products of urban residents in Hebei province is the lowest in the four categories of food including, egg products, grain, milk and dairy products and vegetables; there is a complementary relationship among the 4 categories of food including egg products', grain, milk and dairy products and vegetables.
