摘　　要：高质量的H.E.染色切片可为临床病理诊断及动物(含人体)组织结构形态教学、科研提供可靠的依据。制作一张好的H.E.染色切片既要有熟练的技术、合格的标本,还要有良好的试剂等,在制作过程中组织标本的采集、固定、切片、展片、烤片、染色等工序都要严格操作。笔者从动物组织的采集、脱水、透明、切片、防脱片和染色等方面分析了制作高质量H.E.染色切片的常见问题及处理方法,以期为病理诊断、动物(含人体)组织学实验教学及医学药理研究提供可靠的依据。High - quality bemetoxyin and eosin （ H. E. ） staining alices can provide a reliable basis for clinical - pathological diagnosis, teaching and research of tissue structure morphology in animals including human body. To make a good H. E. staining sdice requires both technical skills, qualified samples, and good reagents, etc. The working procedures for tissue sample should be strictly operated in the production process, including collection, fixation, slices, exhibition pieces, toasted slices, staining, etc. This author analyzes the common problems and solutions of making high - quality H.E. staining slices from the aspects of animal tissue collection, dehydration, transparence, slice, preventing slices off, staining and so on, with a view to provide a reliable basis for pathological diagnosis, histological experimental teaching of animals including human body, medical and pharmacological studies.
